If I may deviate off subject and highlight that regardless of forking over taxation to the government and sending our citizens to combat and die in every war, Washingtonians have had no voting representation in Congress and have had to seek acceptance from people they did not elect on all legislative and budgetary matters. You are free to join the PDP and make changes from within, rather than trying to make the change we need from the outside. Right now Jonathan, Atiku, Gusau and others are jostling for votes from within the Party (PDP), it is never automatic at that level, even though all might seem to be concluded before we get to the general elections. I would be publishing the constitution of the major Parties in Nigeria as time permits, so we would all be empowered.
